Krishna Ramachandran

Mr. Krishna Ramchandran is currently the Managing Partner at TVS Capital Funds, He also hold the role of the COO and CFO of TCF. Prior to this he was the Managing Director at Accenture. Operations leading the Chennai center of over 16,000 people. Earlier he was the Global Head of Record to Report and Robotics Process Automation (Finance) at Philips in their Global finance team. Earlier he has been with Allianz for over 7 years and was the Chief financial officer of the shared services businesses in Asia and East Europe. In addition he was also the Global Head of finance offshoring business for Allianz. His experience includes, transformation, digitisation, in particular Robotics process automation and right shoring. He has handled several large transformation and offshoring projects as well as over 100 RPA/ digital projects. He has been involved in the set up of the shared service centre for a large telecom company in India. He has also led large multi-location and multi-cultural consulting engagements. He has also worked Ernst & Young, Vodafone, KPMG, EDS and Yum International. At Ernst & Young, he has led several corporate governance reviews and was the project manager of one of the largest global and multi location SOX project. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary.
