Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is the Founder & CEO of Yubi (formerly CredAvenue), which operates an AI-powered financial infrastructure and credit marketplace that connects corporate borrowers with lenders and investors. He also serves as the Director of Vivriti Next Limited. Before founding CredAvenue in 2017, he played pivotal roles at Vivriti Capital and Vivriti Asset Management, both of which he also co-founded with Vineet Sukumar.

A serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in credit, capital markets, and financial technology, Gaurav has been instrumental in transforming the way enterprises access debt capital in India.

Prior to Vivriti Group, Gaurav spent nearly a decade at Northern Arc Capital (formerly IFMR Capital), where he served as Founding Member and Chief Business Officer, before taking over as Chief Executive Officer of Northern Arc Investment Adviser Services. During this period, he played a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships, developing underwriting frameworks for underserved sectors, while maintaining a near-default-free credit track record.

Gaurav holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).
